E-Business Strategy, Development and Adoption Manager
Responsibilities:
• Explore new technology to produce the product and service.
• E-Business Product Strategic planning.
• Providing business analysis for E-Business system requirement and project requirement
• Providing the project’s cost-benefit analysis including clear choices solution
• Providing possibility of solution to meet the requirement for both business side and system side
• Executing E-Business project management and any related-project tasks leading to the successful implementation of E-Solution in Krungsri Corporate and SME.
• Providing the leading of project work group parties on project activities.
• Providing consultancies on the usage of E-Solution and system algorithm for Krungsri SME and corporate business
• Ensuring quality of project management and timeline.
• Cross channel optimization and design business functions workflow process.
• Vendor Management.
• Drive revenue or transaction volume for digital product/service.
• Ensure the digital product/service is up to date with market.
Qualifications :
• Electronic Channel (Internet, Mobile, Other Platform) skills
• Background in banking is preferable with knowledge in Corporate Product.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Able to negotiate demand with business partners
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Good leadership and people management skills
• Ensure accurate and quality of project implementation by coordination with IT teams
• Provide consultancy on the E-Business usage, potential risk in E-Business systems including logical
• Build network with all project stakeholders to ensure understanding of E-Business activities and concerns in the project.
• Develop and maintain relationships with appropriate internal and external process owners and subject matter experts.
• Maintain effective partnership with IT to support various system projects.
• Coordinate the activities of the project team and provide assistance and support to team members.
• Demonstrate strong teamwork with other teams in related parties.
• Support change initiatives and embed within own area or team.
• Maintain cost discipline
• Contribute ideas to streamline existing methods of working.
