Chromatic drawings
Some variations on administration suggests that, in addition to pencil drawings, the person should be requested to draw a person in color by using crayons or felt-tip pens. Hammer (1969) suggested that the use of colors would be more likely to reveal emotionally charged and primitive aspects of the person, particularly if he or she is under stress or pressure. Although this has been supported by two studies, it has so far not been fully researched.
