1. Conduct qualitative and quantitative research and benchmarking analysis to provide inputs to define channel value proposition, channel strategies, business plans and initiatives to achieve business objectives
2. Design evaluation measurements/methods in order to track, monitor and analyse the effectiveness of the strategy and design the data requirements to related team to prepare data to support the tracking, monitoring and analysis of evaluation
3. Perform the evaluation of channel strategy roll-out effectiveness according to measurement parameters as inputs for improvement
4. Gather data from internal sources and external sources and perform comprehensive analysis to support the development of multi-channel strategies for sales, up-selling and customer services and channel performance and to identify improvement opportunities. The scope analysis includes, but is not limited to:
a. Customer behavior analysis
b. Traffic analysis of each channel
c. Cost and revenue drivers of channel
d. Channel profitability analysis
e. Outlet coverage analysis & location analysis
5. Perform issues based analysis and share key findings for future improvements
6. Perform the analysis of the outlet profitability, identify key channel performance parameters to be aligned with channel strategies and targets, and acquire agreement on the parameters
7. Be accountable for special assignments relating to function as allocated by immediate superior level
