Yes I did ask for payment as well as asking whether the submit has been done to Acco unfortunately K&N has not assist of clarify except asking me to talk with K&N HK as they are working for. I have tried to be patient and explain how assist I need in order to send documents to Acco but K&N has not willing to assist or explain except using a tone that I have to OBEY and FOLLOW. During process of submit documents, we also have to follow whatever K&N have asked otherwise goods can not be load. K&N BKK must have a service mind and manner to assist us since we are worked for customer and what we have asked since arrange the booking till yesterday communications are not much of asking.
