To sum up, in every coaching and also every activity will have both advantages and disadvantages. Thus, both side may come from various factors that effect to coaching. According to this coaching is about aerobic workout, is the thing that I have less basic of this activity but I still have a good coach to teach and coaching me. Moreover, coach always calm, supporting, listening to me and other coachee.
