Your departmental score is 93% which is 18% above from hotel average score and 12% above from benchmark.
Congratulation for the successful result of Accounting EOS score this year which you could share with the team.
However, there are four main steps to the post survey follow-up process which need to be completed, there are;
First, choose areas for improvement
By using the report to identify 3 areas for improvement based on the survey feedback, compare your score with company average to identify which 3 areas you will work on. Include at least one “ quick hit” an area that you can address within a month, to demonstrate timely action in response to employee feedback.
Second, communicate Results to Team
Meet with employee group to discuss survey results and the areas of improvement you plan, get feedback or involve employees in action plan team.
Third, create/update action plans
Create action plans based on areas of improvement. Collaborate with other managers by examining what others are doing in response to similar issues. Update plans as you make progress and complete action steps.
Forth, to measure progress by respective Executive committee.
