- Develop, Implement and Maintain Certified International Quality & Environmental Management System for all function are performing up to PAE standard as well as competitively with industry peers.
- Supervise and manage Internal Quality Audits (IQA) to monitor performance of all Department in QMS & EMS continual compliance with ISO system standard.
- Conduct or provide training, quality and environmental culture and related knowledge according to Company Standard Quality Management System (QMS), Environmental Management System (EMS) and Continuous Improvement.
- Organize and co-ordinate external ISO system certification/surveillance audits for all department in QMS-EMS and take appropriate actions to resolve nonconformity raise.
- Manage and ensure the QHSE MS documentation is electronic-controlled efficiently and effectively and included HSE management system documentation
- Initiate, recommend, work together or provide solutions for all function to investigate, root causes analysis of customer complaints, nonconformance issue to prevent recurrence of QS deficiencies.
- Review, Prepare, coordinate and Update Associated Project Quality Plan for company Bidding.
