Guys 3 important things:
1. Please register as an amateur fight at ring side on line. Do it this week. It takes a bit so don't wait. No registration no fight.
2. Rozi tonight take a photo of all the fighters so I update the fighters profile page on the web site. Guys make sure u wear an 8 limbs t-shirt tonight.
3. I want to introduce 3 conditioning sessions a week only for the fight team. The weather is not the best so we need to start doing some stuff indoor too if we can't sprint or run. Time and space are limited so atm I was thinking
Tue 4pm before sparring
Thur 5pm before clinching
Sat 9am or if u prefer afternoon.
I'll get a specific fighters circuit program which is pretty easy to follow. You'll keep track of your results for the strength component and u'll finish with a high intensity workout.
I am aware That the time for this is not ideal for everyone but as I said there are other classes on. In case u can't attend to those classes I encourage everyone to attend at lease to bibi's x training and power max every tue and thur. Both still good to increase your strength, power and burn fat.
