We are gtetting an error with a PGI

We are gtetting an error with a PGI. There is plenty of material in the correct storage location, however the system thinks there is an open quantity. The message reads as follows:



'Quantity of 1EA remains open after stock determination'.



What does this mean? How do we resolve? MRP settings look normal, and this is unrestricted stock, not consignment or sales order stock. None of the remainder of the parts are committed to any other orders.
