The present finite-element implementation and the computa- tions have been performed using the AceGen/AceFEM system [26]. Details of the finite-element implementation of the individual subproblems are omitted here, as the solid part is standard, and the treatment of the fluid part is described in detail in [20]. As mentioned above, the coupling of the two subproblems is fully accounted for while deriving the tangent matrix for the Newton
method. The relevant dependencies and their derivatives are efficiently derived and implemented using the automatic differentiation technique available in AceGen.
