Thanks for rechecking. We spent a lot of time discussing this issue during our product excellence meeting. We all agreed that random cutting is ok for this style.
However, I was curious how a yield of 1.437 would affect the FOB, so I compared the CR1 and CR2 cost sheets. It seems the 1.437 yield was used for CR1 costing even though the plaid was not matching on the sample. The yield reduced for CR2 which is more accurate for a random print.
