Care Center reported incident that they cannot request ePIN from Clicks system
Impact: Impacted to some transections from Clicks, OAO and IVR could not process
Root cause: : Impacted from change deployment on 27/09/2016 to enable more Log in ESB for investigation ESB time out every 2 hrs. as a resulted there were many transactions queue stuck in ESB Server 2 and those transactions cannot process.
IT clear transaction in queue
Rollback change deployment to previous state and restart service
Preventive action
TH and MY IT are working to upgrade ESB Hardware and Software.
