Abstract
The research studies system of heat to water and cold to water from thermoelectric with solar cellby power size 210 watt. Moreover the research considered about worthiness we studies 15 days, since 08.00 AM to 04.00 PM. The results of this research COP clod water about 0.1 (rate 0.25oC/min), 0.41 of hot water (rate 0.35oC/min). The average saving energy rate, compared with general machine make hot and cold water, generated hot water saved 467 watt/hr and 8 watt/hr in generated cold water. The lowest temperature is 15.4oC and highest temperature is 66.9oC . The efficiency of charging from solar cells to battery about 82.08%, 4.89 years of payback period
