Murderers should be executed because they have taken a life on purpose. Many authors have defined the term murder in slightly different ways. First, a murder is the crime of intentionally killing a person. Second, a murder is the unlawful premeditated killing of one human being by another. Also, a murder is the notifiable offence of killing someone illegally and intentionally. All the three definitions share one implicature ; that is murders kill people on purpose.
The death sentence for murder now is a life in prison, which is not right. “An eye for eye” is a famous quote. It means, if a murderer kill a person, he or she will be killed. If murderers were sentenced to life, there would be many problems. Prisons would be overcrowded and it would be difficult to build more prisons because it would cost too much. The U.S., for example, is in a $16 trillion debt as a result of building prisons. Another reason why murderers should be executed is because if a city had no rule to kill murderers, then there would be no fear of death by them. That would lead to more murders on the street. Therefore, if murderers that deserve to die were executed, then there would be less crime
