The Employee agrees that the Employee shall be engaged as an employee on probation for a
period of 89 days from the Start Date (the ”Probation Period”). The purpose of the Probation
Period is to provide Right To Play with the opportunity to assess the Employee’s skills and
suitability for employment with Right To Play and the Employee’s ability to work successfully
with other persons within and outside of Right To Play. Prior to the end of the Probation Period,
Right To Play will assess the Employee’s performance and suitability for continued employment
with Right To Play.
