Responsibilities:-
To provide administrative support and co-ordinate sales information in between clients and sales team, so as to facilitate the overall sales process and ensure a highdegree of service level.
To co-ordinate supply with clients, sales staff so as to facilitate the invoicing process and meet delivery requirement.
To prepare and handle all sales related documentation as per guide-lines laid down by department head so as to ensure a high and uniform degree of written material forwarded to clients.
To handle incoming inquires by telephone, fax, mail in a professional and efficient manner so that a high degree of service is provided.
Qualifications:-
1. Male or Female, age 25-30years
2. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Admin or related field
3. Minimum 1-2 years in sales department / sales support or related field
4. Decision Making and Problem Solving Skills
5. Good communication and Interpersonal Skills
6. Good command of English both spoken and in writing.
7. Good computer skills i.e. Microsoft Word / Excel / Power-point / Outlook
8. Has experience from working in an International environment and having a commercial degree in Marketing would be and added benefit.
