This research aimed to study factors affecting to change the proteins in the cattle silage food process from corn husks because farmers have a problem shortages grass as food for cattle in dry season. At the same time, the most of the area arable, will the corn growing region. After harvesting to rest is corncob and corn husks. Farmers will bring the remainder to burn cause air pollution. From these problems, researcher and Faculty researcher team collaborate to solving problems to factors affecting to change the proteins. The factors used in the experiment 3 factor molasses, rice bran, and yeast, researchers have applied 23 factorial design. After collection all data, and analysis form statistical programming the result indicated that factors affecting were molasses and the appropriate setting factor level in silage were molasses = 5 g, rice bran = 5 g and yeast = 2 g. The result indicated that the protein = 4.0250%
