Making a structured diagram of abilities and qualifications With the completion of a job analysis chart,
then a structured diagram of abilities and qualifications is made based on it.

The members, with reference to a printout of the job analysis chart, transfer the post-it sheets to a space between the rulers on a second sheet of vellum paper.
