Regarding 5 x IMS0C10-1 (Re-installed firmware), kindly advise below;
- Can we re-install firmware ourselves next time? This will save a lot of time and extra cost. If yes, kindly advise how to do it. Also, kindly advise how to test and what we can do before sending for repair.
- Can we know the cause of fault that needed the firmware to be re-installed. These 7 cameras (2 x IXS0C and 5 x IMS0C10-1) are for Hilton Pattaya project. We have received many faulty cameras from this project and had claimed through Schneider in the past. As customer is now complaining on the quality and concerning on the repair cost since there are out of warranty. It is quite concern that why the cameras needed the firmware to be re-installed.
