with ECU Lines filing the AMS, which is AGAINST United States Customs and Border Protections’ rules and regulations.
We kindly request you to remind your operations when booking BAAL shipments to the USA, and thus issuing BAAL Bills of Lading, we as Blue Anchor (America) Line agents are liable to do
the AMS/ISF filings ourselves, specifically NOT the underlying NVOCC such as ECU/SHIPCO/VANUARD etc. We (BAL/BAAL) are a so-called automated NVOCC and HAVE to file our own house bills,
no exceptions.
Also pls ensure operators check not paying NVOCC’s for AMS filings, as obviously we do our own.
