Terminate contents in demand no. 2.2 in the Agreement on the Conditions of Employment of 1978 regarding regulation of work performance evaluation for adjust to maximum of salary ceiling level 2. The following will be issued instead:
2.1.1If employee has working result in average level which is average of performance evaluation score in the past 2 years no less than 65 points, the employee will be adjusted to maximum of salary ceiling level 2, or.
2.1.2 If employee has working result in relatively average level which is an average of performance evaluation score in the past 2 years is between 60 – 64 points, the employee will be adjusted to maximum of salary ceiling level 2.
In case employee receives an increased salary in accordance with 2.1.2, if any performance rating in any timeis below 55 points, the Company will not increase salary for that time of evaluation.
In case employee has an average of performance evaluation score in the past 2 year increase to 65 points at any of time of evaluation, employee will receive increase to maximum of salary ceiling level 2under the conditions of 2.1.1, and without under condition of 2.1.2.
