1. I want you to focus on top 6 dealers. Die die you must spend 80% of your time and my time to keep in touch with them.
2. Top 6 you must visit them at least once a month.
3. Now all top 6 sales is quite weak in Sales.
4. I want dealer and us sit down and provide forecast for next 6 months together with action plan.
5. We should not dealer SWOT, in order to find way solution, promotion, and marketing to support them. Pls do a SWOT with them, I will guild you if you don’t know what is SWOT?
6. For under-perform and trouble maker dealer, I want you to list down and talk to me. I want to stop business with them and rise new one immediately.
