The ARIMA model used had d = 0, p = 1, q = 1, and the chi-square test on residuals demonstrated that the residuals were merely random errors (p>0.05) and thus, the model was a good fit. Thus, the predicted model closely fit the observed data (as both are generally within the 95% confidence interval), with an evident increase in the number of recruits observed after the use of social media (Figure 5).
