FSB hold a seminar to summarize outcomes of the gap exercise and the assessment workshops just completed (lots of +ves) and identify CIFS corporate and work unit focused issues
FSB set a timetable to address the ‘corporate’ gaps & provide guidelines to all work units for their input/assistance
The following points are listed but in no particular order which is for CIFS management to decide:
Address the overall security issues which have several facets
Define the QM and H&S managers/roles centrally and in work units
Assist with Training Program development
Develop Checklists for Tech & Admin reviews
Develop checklists for case record contents
Develop procedures/guidelines for controlling access to computer based documents, databases, and making changes
Centralize and coordinate PT program across CIFS
Focus on ensuring all relevant support documentation is available (DOJ)
Undertake some further ASCLD/LAB awareness training (17025 + SuppReqs)
Develop an annual internal audit plan utilizing work unit resources
