Thanks for explaining the situation today. I do understand that residents may need to pay for services for private jobs - however this needs to be made clear to residents so that they aware of any costs involved.
Please can you work with your team in communicating information correctly to residents. In this case, the fans should not have been removed from my house without having made the proper arrangements with the new owners (TH 31). My understanding was that it was fine for technicians to install the fans in TH31 this morning (Khun away was at home all morning waiting).
For your information, no one brought the fans back to TH31 or came to see where they are to be installed. I hope that they have been stored carefully and that care is being taken to ensure that no damage will happen. Should damage occur, I trust that the school will cover this cost. Based on past experience, staff do not seem to take care with other people's property (e.g last week they helped move a small bookcase from my house to TH35 and dropped it down the stairs causing damage) - hopefully more care is taken with the fans.
