Hello Amazon Seller Performance Team,
I am writing this letter on behalf of One 11 Shop to apologize for breaking the Amazon restricted and offensive products policies and to provide an effective plan of action to support my appeal of the removal of our selling privilege.
I recognize that our selling of restricted products, not being an authorized dealer, and transferring media onto others formats were the cause of the suspension of our seller account. We takes full responsibility for the mistake we made by ignoring the terms, policies, and responsibilities that come with the items (listed below) we were selling.
We will conduct the proper research to ensure that the items being listed on our storefront comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
3. We appreciate the opportunity that Amazon gives us by allowing us to sell on their site. If reinstated we'd like to continue doing so by replacing our inventory with consumer product and light string , which will allow us to have our own trademark, branding, and merchandise in order to permanently avoid breaking intellectual property, and/or offensive products"" policies.
We have spoken to a lawyer about our account suspension, who has agreed to help us review Amazon's selling policies in order to ensure that all items in our new inventory will not violate any selling policies, or commerce laws.
1d. Any items that we believe could potentially infringe on Amazon's selling policies, or territory laws will not be purchased as part of our inventory.
1e. We will only sell items that are authorized for re-sale by their respective manufacturers, by acquiring documented proof (i.e. certificate of authorization, invoices etc.) and the right approval before listing.
2. We take full responsibility for our suspension and understand that ignorance of the law and Amazon's selling policies is no excuse. Our staff will be thoroughly educated once a week on intellectual property violations, and restricted products policies in order to ensure that we do not violate any of these policies by listing restricted and offensive items in the future.
2a. We will also implement a creative ways of integrating Amazon's selling policies into our work flow. (e.g. posting print out reminders of throughout the walls of our respective departments that interact with our Amazon seller page.)
3. Products will not be listed on our storefront unless it has been approved by my business attorney, based on Amazon's restricted and offensive products policies, and the laws of territories that the items are being shipped to.
4. We will continue to make sure that all items that we provide on our storefront, are legal and authorized for re-sale. All items that are not approved (intellectual property, or not)for re-sale by the manufacturer will NOT be listed on our storefront.
5. We understand that Amazon holds the right to determine the appropriateness of the listings, in order to ensure that all of our listings are appropriate, we will refer to the Amazon policies before listing any items, and ask questions if needed.
6. We will conduct the proper research to ensure that the items being listed on our storefront comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
We take full responsibility for this suspension, and we regret breaking the trust of Amazon, however we are willing to do what it takes to earn that trust back if our selling privilege is reinstated.
I can assure the Amazon Seller Team that this will not happen again, and with the plan of action the provided every item that is listed on our store front will meet the clear guide lines provided by Amazon.
