changes in legislation that may not agree with that. Shaheen (2005) investigates the development of measurement
and disclosure of accounting for biological assets in the context of international standards aiming at identifying the
accounting policies applied by Egyptian agriculture companies in the area of disclosure and measurement of
biological assets and identifying the difficulties facing it, as well as the degree of agreement with the International
Accounting Standard (41).
