The method described does not
require expensive chemicals and solvents and does not involve complex instrumentation or complicated sam
ple preparation.
The developed method performs well with selective, precision, accuracy, stability and linearity for the
concentration range 100 to 3200 ng of guaifenesin.
The proposed method can be used for bioanalysis of
guaifenesin from plasma to support bioavailabilitybioequivalence studies.
