The annual Performance Management Process (PMP) cycle is now beginning with Target Achievement and Pre-Dialogue process. The 2015 PMP form has been made available to you in 4Success.
Before initiating "Target Achievement" in 4Success, we recommend you to initiate a pre-dialogue with your manager to discuss:
your performance and target achievement,
skills and expectations relative to the development of your current job,
and your mobility.
Please note the deadline for entering target achievements in 4Success will be by 04 September 2015. Below are the steps for your reference:
1. Login 4Success via: http://intranet.siemens.com/4success
2. Click on "Target Achievement" on "To-Do" list
3. Enter your comments relative to your target achievement and personal perspective incl. the update of your mobility
4. Skip the option "SLF Capabilities Participation"
5. Confirm the checkbox under "personal perspective"
6. Click "Send to Evaluation" step to complete the process
