If you need us to separate out the H/W and installation, you need to tell us in the first place and not now.
Also the installation is not complete and how do you expect us to pay you?
This is not a day 1 process and why is this issue happening now? You should know our process well enough.
Do NOT put us on credit hold for a PO that is not completed and also pls take note that you are not supposed to bill us for a PO that is not completely fulfilled.
