(1982) .in the intervening period there have been substantial fundamental and technical advances in generic pol- lution control issues, such as nutrient removal, high-rate anaerobic technology development and water reuse . This review attempts to identify the latest trends in waste management and treatment technology in the meat process industry andvto dis-cuss the design and performance data available in the scientific public domain.
