McAfee Safeboot/EEPC Users:
*** PLEASE NOTE FOR SAFEBOOT/EEPC USERS: McAfee synchronization occurs only after logging into Windows for the first time with your new password. Once your password has replicated to your Windows Logon account, the next time you reboot, you will still log in to Safeboot/EEPC with your old password and then be prompted to log in to Windows with your new password. Once logged in to Windows with your new password, Safeboot/EEPC will capture the change and synchronize this change with the Safeboot/EEPC application.
Email Users:
*** PLEASE NOTE FOR USERS WHO RECEIVE MAIL ON YOUR iOS DEVICE: After your Email password has been synchronized, don't forget to go to your iOS devices and change the password manually there (Settings -> General -> Mail,...).
SSO Users:
*** PLEASE NOTE FOR USERS WHO HAVE BLUESSO SAVED AS A KNOWN WI-FI NETWORK ON YOUR iOS DEVICE: After your SSO password has been synchronized, don't forget to go to your iOS devices and change the password manually there (Settings -> Wi-Fi,...).
I see a password failure message in this email:
If password synchronization was not successful, please either log into that application and change your password per the application functionality or navigate to http://passwordreset.ge.com to synchronize your password.
My new password doesn't work:
Most systems will not enforce your 'new' password if you are already logged in. If you want to use your new password, please log off of each system and then login against with your new password. NOTE: Due to potential application-specific replication schedules, synchronized passwords may not work within the application for up to 2 hours. If, after two hours, a successfully synchronized password still doesn't work, please contact your local helpdesk at http://helpdesk.ge.com.
