One of my favourite ways to stay in shape is by performing body-weight exercises — they're perfect for any fitness level and the results speak for themselves. The beauty of body-weight exercises is that they can be performed anywhere, any time. No more excuses to not get moving!
The key to any effective body-weight workout routine is performing the exercises with correct technique and at a pace and intensity that encourages your body to change, grow and develop over time.
