Thanks K Rodsak
In overall we cant see between Toll fleet vs OTS dedicated utilization
However, based on the analysis we found SRP utilization was only 1.25, which I believed still a room for improvement in there.
But, outside of the planning and improve the rate of utilization, the key driver of your cost came from Variable Cost which is the KM Travel
Even though you did said that K Kornkanok & SRP captured the km based on store location, but it still shows the Big Gap after I evaluate with K Koong in my office
This area kill us kurb if the km travel captured wrongly either we are under charge or over charge
I have revised the template based on 1st week exercise plus the new management team cost based on your email this morning
Kindly train your team to really get use with this format and provide the data accurately
Otherwise, we cant stand to protect our transport business in north because we are not competitive
Refer to the revised SRP transport cost for last week (Week 38) which the overall cost/ case was THB 6.70 which actually if we take out 11-Nov, your average cost/ case was THB 6.90, way above your target 6.50
As mentioned focus on the following:
1. Utilization minimum at 1.3, we SRP can hit 1.5 be great
2. Right planning between dedicated load vs ad-hoc trip
3. Capture with right km travel for dedicated trip as it is impact huge in your variable cost
K Kornkanok,
Can you refer to Week 39 worksheet and fill in today (Monday) activity, then we can see how it looks like?
Looks like you need to do this everyday now until we fully get our act together – learning kurb
