Responsible to issue PR for admin.
Mailing system record incoming mails & parcels and distribute to staff member and prepare outgoing mail.
Maintain lobby, and front desk area keeping it clean and free from clutter.
Response with all meeting room including conference room and board room. Ensure they are clean after used and reserved/schedule room.
Management of stationeries and pantry items (includes order, disbursement and raise PR) maintain stock and distribute to staff member as requested.
Coordinate with the foreigner/visitors to support any requirement such as accommodation, transportation.
Arrange local accommodation, air ticket, transportation for visitor.
Help to collect managers’ monthly expense/claim and reimbursement on time.
Order office supplies/stationary and monitor stock and distribute to staff member upon requested.
Handle to PR company business card.
Process driver petty-cash and expense report.
Assist staff with administrative duties as requested.
Responsible to require transportation for employees.
