The average size (diameter) was found to be between 5 and 7 nm for both irradiated CW 316
SS after a dose of 0.62 and 3.7 dpa. In addition, the number density of dislocation loops in CW 316 SS after 0.62 and 3.7 dpa was estimated to be around 3.7 1022 m3 and 3.5 1022 m3, respectively. This result is consistent with the previous results for ion irradiated 316 SS showed loop number densities ranging from several 1020 m3 up to 1022 m3 [24,25].
