Formulate/manage the recruitment and selection policy/processes in line with HR strategy according to T&G recruitment guideline for Bangkok head office and branches in Jakarta, Yangon, Vientiane, Phnom Penh.
- Provide input regarding recruitment activities to secure T&G’s ability to attract best talents suiting with the business plans.
- Ensure the key elements of T&G employment brand are effectively reflected in all communication channels/activities; and listed as the ALB Employer of Choice of 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2016 by Asian Legal Business.
- Conduct HRM activities regarding recruitment/retaining, legal internship (Thai/International) program, IQ/EQ & SWOT analysis, reference check, exit interview, performance appraisal, and other administrative duties.
