Follow these steps to reactivate your account:
1) Log in to hi5 with your email and password.
2) You'll be prompted with a "Reactivate Your Account" message.
3) Verify your email address by entering it again and then click "Submit."
hi5 will send you an email titled "Reactivate Your hi5 Account". Follow the instructions and create a new password.
NOTE: You can only do this twice per the lifetime of the account.
