Responsibilities:
• Prepares letters, reports, records, and other related documents from rough drafts and collected copies; proofreads completed materials and makes corrections.
• Implements and maintains filing system, both paper and computer.
• Assists with budget preparation as directed by supervisor.
• Customers and Third party support.
• Analyze, plan, manage recruitment programs and the hiring process to ensure that HR service provided meets the needs of company’s business.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualification & Requirements:
• Good communication in English.
• Graduation or around 1 – 3 years of progressively responsible office experience.
• Ability to use discretion with confidential information.
• Able to work independently and under pressure with patience.
