The email to support@blackboard.com is invalid for the purposes of opening a case, or generating a new email thread related to an existing case.
Please use one of the following methods for corresponding with Blackboard Client Support:
To open a new case, please contact Client Support by calling your local support number, or create a case via Behind the Blackboard (behind.blackboard.com)
If you have questions or would like to update an existing case, you may use one of the following options:
1. contact your TSM (Technical Support Manager) by calling your local support number
2. Use Behind the Blackboard to update the case directly (behind.blackboard.com)
3. Use the reply feature directly from the email you received when the case was created. Only direct replies from the email sent to you on case creation can be accepted into our tracking system and associated to the existing case.
