Privacy in Social Networks Services
With respect to other Web applications, social network services present new challenges
concerning privacy issues. SNS are built on interaction, they are typically
open systems, and have certain semantic characteristics. Each privacy-related declaration
has effects beyond the interaction between one individual data subject and
one data collector, effects that may concern a number of members of a community
who may or may not be users of the same system (Preibusch et al. 2007 ).
