Follow the on-screen instructions to have Amazon contact you directly. The instructions will vary depending on the contact method you have chosen.
To contact through Email, click the “Email” button on left side, and enter the reason for closing your Amazon account in the box. If you have nothing to add, just type the keyword “Nothing.” Hit the “Send E-mail” button under the mailbox to send the request to the Amazon customer support team.
To contact over phone, click on the “Phone” button, and select your country from the drop-down menu. Type in your phone number in the box and hit the “Call me now” or “Call me in 5 minutes” button to request a call from the Amazon customer support team directly. Note that not all countries have this option.
To contact through a live chat, click on the “Chat” button on the right side. A pop-up window for Amazon live chat will appear on your screen. Let the customer support team know about your decision and reason for closing your Amazon account
