Agr shall cover all parts, labor, freight, travel and living expenses, and import duties, if equipment failure and/or repairs occur within the first ninety (90) days of shipment. The cost of freight, travel and living expenses will be invoiced to customer beyond the first ninety (90) days should equipment failure and/or repairs occur.
NOTE: For New Equipment valued over $10,000, AGR's warranty policy is contingent upon an AGR factory certified technician installing the equipment at customer site and personnel training is conducted.
