Response times:
1. For domestic enquiry, any travel enquiry must be notified 3 - 4 days minimum in advance, except "check-in date / on Saturday – Sunday and Official Holiday "
If not, Brokerage will be responsible in assisting for booking of their own members.
Important should be complete with all details in Travel form request , I have attached file ,then -------Send to Travel@bartercard.co.th only! If you the detiails're not complete I will send back to you.
2. For International enquiry, we ask for at least a weeks notice for travel dates and expect a reply 48 hours from the time of your request being submitted. (send Travel's form request before 1 – 2 months, I have attached file, please you find)
And we may be delay for quoting price and confirming booking, as the guests who stay is a foreigner, the time may not match too, causing delays.

3. For last minute travel enquiries, please contact your BDM each Brokerage or feel free to contact accommodation providers directly using our Maps website or logging in to the ONLINE DIRECTORY on https://mybc.bartercard.com/

5. For MYBC , if you have some problem, can not log-in or register, please you send those details to mananya@bartercard.co.th only!!!
