In this experiment, shoot explants were transferred to the MS medium containing 3 mg/l charcoal and hormonal composition of 0.25 mg/l BAP, 1 mg/l GA3, 0.5 mg/l GA3+0.250 mg/l BAP, 1 mg/l GA3+0.250 mg/l BAP, and 1.5 mg/l GA3+0.250 mg/l BAP.
