On 10th of May 2015, an interview was conducted with Dr. Kent Hamilton at Prince of Songkla University, Thailand. This interview aimed to gain an insight the writing of ideal resumes and cover letter. 3 at psu (since 2012), 8 as an attorney (since 2007, and he still do it via internet with his firm) before that he was in the Fire-Rescue / Emergency Medical Service from 1994 to 2007, and retired as a lieutenant in charge of the paid personnel of the department (including interviewing, hiring, etc. involved with human resources) and deputy director of the EMS system for the department. Before that he worked for a private ambulance from 1985 - 1994. Those are the main jobs, although he had side jobs during those times (up to 2007) as well. At the firm he was involved an interviewing and selecting his personnel (secretaries, paralegals, etc. Overall both documents are fairly good, although there are some minor errors in each.
