- Support Product Leader in operation planning and execution.
- Monitor daily KPI to ensure product’s performance and stability.
- Monitor and analyze operation activities and community feedbacks.
- Communicate directly with customers and provide feedback internally on behalf of them.
- Liaise with internal/external team for operation plan execution.
- Report business/operation progress with quantitative data to product leader regularly.
- Organize online/offline product promotional event.
- Analyze app store and game market trend.
- Test new products to provide constructive feedback.
