I would like to label "lazy" people as just that, "lazy." They are typical people who are ask to do one thing, and they'll do it the way they know how and only that "thing" and call it a day. "Lazy" people, when approached with a new and better way of doing things will respond, "let's not break what's not broken..." and reject new and innovative ideas. Only thing "lazy" people will do best is when they are looking to find a way to not work.
I don't want lazy people in my organization. Having to manage and motivate lazy people is a drain on company energy and resources.
