Any employee requesting for destination classified as "1" must first obtain Country Leader
approval before obtaining AP&A CBG Vice President approval.
Approvals for Primus staff travel are subject to Ford Financial Asia Pacific Regional Policy and
Procedure 035-003 (under US Authorities Letter 07). Requests must include: Traveller's Name;
Travel Dates; Destination(s); and Purpose of Trip.
After receiving local approval, employee will enter trip information into the "AP&A Travel
Calendar" located at: http://www.w3o.ford.com/etd/calendar/admin/admin.cgi.
Entries will be consolidated into one list for approval (or rejection) by the AP&A CBG Vice
President, every other Friday. (This is consistent with Corporate approval guidelines.) Once the
AP&A CBG Vice President has reviewed, the traveler will be advised via e-Mail
