Satun Naitonal Meseum (Kuden Mansion) is a white two-storey mansion in the Colonial architectural style. It is over 100 years old. The doors and the windows are arched in the style of European architecture. The roofs are in the style of Thai hip roofs, paved with tiles in the form of banana leaf sheath. The windows are made of small pieces of wood, constructed as horizontal louver sheets. The top ventilation voids are decorated with stars in the style of Islam architecture. The Museum is located on Satun Thani Road, Soi 5. It was built in 1898 by Phraya Bhuminat Bhakdi or Tuanku Baharud Dinbin Tamma-ngong (his former name: Kuden Bindkumae), a governor under the reign of King Rama V. This mansion was built as a throne of His Majesty the King for official administration, not for overnight stays.
In 1997 – 2000, the government established the building as Satun National Museum,
